肆Book a one-on-one session
A one-on-one session is paid, hour-based, in-depth consulting — not instant support. Before you book, be clear about the one question that matters most to you. If a report or a conversation can answer it, we will point you there first.
What you get
One focused, live session on your particular situation. It is not the same kind of thing as a report: a report is a finished deliverable, a session unfolds live — you ask, we answer, and you can follow up on the spot. The session is anchored to your chart: you do not fill in a questionnaire or introduce yourself first; we put the structure on the table and then aim it at the one thing you are actually stuck on. Most people come with one of three situations: (1) you have read the report and understand the structure, but not how it applies to this specific decision; (2) you are holding more than one option and need a stable order for judging them; (3) there is something you would rather not write down but need to walk through face to face.
Sessions run over video call; please provide accurate birth data (date and hour).
What it is not
A session does not include: month-long support or periodic accountability (we do not run a long-term progress-chasing relationship); making the decision for you or handing you an execution checklist; medical, legal or investment advice; or crisis support. If what you actually need is someone watching your progress over the coming months, this is not that — please judge honestly and do not pay for it. This is not a dodge: one session can make the structure clear and put your options in order. What it cannot do is carry out the decision for you.
Two lighter routes first
(1) Custom report: every report includes follow-up questions — after a genuine purchase you can send 1–3 questions per section within the 30-day service window, and a human reads your chart and replies within 48 hours. (2) Conversation with Baize: register free to chart your birth data, talk to Baize, and see your decade and year rhythms. Most questions are answered on those two routes.
Price and format
Video call. 30-minute session: US$100 for the first booking, US$150 thereafter. 60-minute session: US$200 for the first booking, US$300 thereafter. Overtime is billed at US$75 per 15 minutes (US$50 for the first booking).
The difference between the two lengths is coverage, not value: the 30-minute session works through the single question you submit; the 60-minute session can cover the overall structure and still leave time for follow-ups. If you have one specific question, 30 minutes is usually enough.
Payment is taken up front to confirm the slot and is non-refundable once confirmed. To reschedule, give 24 hours notice — one free reschedule; a no-show is treated as service delivered.
Why this price
The price aligns with the category of a single focused professional session; comparable one-off strategy sessions are typically US$150–300. Corporate performance coaches usually charge US$250–500 per session, but a significant part of that price covers organisational accountability, 360 assessments and compliance overhead — none of which we include, so we do not price at that level. The basis for the price is how the judgment is made, not how long it takes: the session starts from a chart that can be recomputed independently, rather than spending the first half hour hearing you describe yourself. The first booking is discounted — a standard first-booking mechanic in this field, not a difference in content.
